“Just to let you know that I have successfully navigated three flights with total calm and relaxation including sitting on tarmac for an hour at Heathrow. Another added benefit I have found is that I have been able to be driven around on safari and transfers without problem. My body hasn’t got into a state of panic and I haven’t whipped myself into a frenzy in the hours before the flights.
